Photos and measurements of the work area you send us.
Copies of your accepted quote, signature, and invoices.
Payment records so both sides have a clean audit trail.

Why we hold it

To price and deliver the job, send invoices, keep the books tidy for the tax year, and honour the 12-month workmanship warranty.

How long

Business records stay for six years. Photos and contact details are kept for the warranty period then removed, unless you ask us to keep them for future work.

Who we share it with

Only our accountant, and only the invoice pack. Nothing is sold or used for marketing.

Your rights

Ask to see, correct, or delete what we can via the Contact page. We respond within 30 days.
